Bio
Anita Schmalor writes and speaks about love, healing, and spirituality. She lives with her children, partner, and in‑laws in a multigenerational home on the West Coast of Canada. Born and raised in Germany, she moved to Canada after meeting her husband in Vancouver where she earned her PhD in Psychology from the University of British Columbia.
Her work began with the realization that her daughter’s struggles reflected her own unhealed wounds and the intergenerational trauma carried through her lineage. The Portal grew out of her healing journey and her desire to help parents transform their families from the inside out. Anita’s mission is to guide others toward truth, connection, and Love.
